Global Atlantic is a leading US retirement and Life insurance company offering a broad range of innovative products, including a LTC Hybrid Annuity (ForeCare). GA was founded as Goldman Sachs Reinsurance Group in 2004, separated into its own privately held company in 2013 and purchased Forethought Life the same year. GA is one of the largest issuers of fixed annuities in the bank and broker/dealer channels and maintains high integrity in its renewal rate history on its series of Accumulation FIAs. The Income 150+ SE product is also very competitive in the early income FIA space (1-5 years). The company was purchased by KKR in February 2021.
Athene Holding Ltd. (Athene) is a leading retirement services company that issues, reinsures, and acquires retirement savings products. Athene began annuity distribution in 2011 when they purchased Liberty Life Insurance. In 2013, Athene purchased AVIVA USA from the AVIVA parent company. Since then, Athene has been steadily growing to be one of the biggest annuity carriers the market place, and was #1 in the IMO channel in 2023. They compete only in fixed, fixed index and structured annuities from a retail standpoint and do not distribute life insurance or traditional variable annuities. They maintain a diverse lineup of competitive products across market segments and channels. Athene is a fully owned subsidiary of Apollo Global Management.

They have been a leader in Fixed Index Annuities in the Independent agent space for many years and maintain a robust portfolio of Fixed and Fixed Index Annuity solutions. In addition to maintaining a competitive product suite, American Equity is committed to having the best service experience in the industry for both financial professionals and consumers. American equity is The Financial Dignity Company, and while each person may define dignity differently, American Equity believes it's having the means to retire with price and peacefulness in your daily life. Their IncomeShield product is strong in the deferred income space and offers multiple income riders to chose from.

F&G, headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, offers unique life insurance and annuity solutions to meet individual financial security needs through a national network of financial and insurance professionals. F&G is a fixture in the IMO channel, offering a wide range of products and has been a top FIA player for many years.The majority of F&G's business is done in the channel though they have made some inroads with Banks and Indy BD's in recent years. F&G's Accumulator series has driven the most revenue in the last few quarters.
